Policies

Please read the following Policies that are in place for Optimal Nails.

**All Policies are strictly enforced**

   *  All first time Clients will need to book through the booking site. Credit Card is required to book appointments. You will not be charged unless you miss your appointment or you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appt. For any questions on what you should book please feel free to reach out to me by text.  

 

   * Please be at your appointment a few mins early.  If you are 10 mins late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule. This will be charged as a missed appointment.

    * 24 hours notice is required if you can not keep your scheduled appointment.  I realize things do come up and life gets a little crazy sometimes.  That is why you will get  reminder text a few days before your appointment.  If at that time you feel you can not keep the appointment, please let me know so we can reschedule accordingly.  If you do not give a 24 hour notice or you are a no show, you will be charged the full price of the appointment.  That payment will be required before you can get back into my schedule. 

 

   *  I do not work on Children under the age of 13. Full coverage tips will not be applied to Children under 16.

   *  I will not work over any other nail technicians work. When booking an appointment with me, please let me know if you have any kind of nail enhancement on.  This includes, gel polish, acrylic, dip powder or hard gel. Please come with bare nails. 

​

    * We all love children!  However, please find child care for your children.  I have a small room that doesn't allow for extra people. When you are at your appointment, I need your full attention.  Having to stop if your child isn't behaving slows me down and can make me run late for clients booked after you. I realize child care may fall through at the last minute.  If that's the case, please call or text and we will reschedule you.  Thank you for understanding.

    * All nail services will be booked on a 2-3 week schedule. Anything longer than that will have a $5 increase for the service.

     If you are interested in becoming a recurring client, I suggest you pre book your appointments or get yourself on a standing appointment, to help keep a time that fits your schedule.

        **CLIENTS THAT ARE LATE, MISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT OR DID NOT CANCEL IN AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE**
